It's late. It's hot. And I need more vegetables and less meat. So egg on a hole and some left over sautéed chard. I always love how this looks. But it turns out, I really don't like eating my eggs like this. Still. Chard was butter and garlic and then torn to slightly bigger than bite size. The hole was made with a mason jar lid
