Roasted veggie, cheddar and Swiss cheese quiche! Dinner for me and my honey man!
Eggs, cream (lots of cream!), broccoli, bell pepper, mushroom, onion, garlic, sharp cheddar cheese, Swiss cheese, s&p. Roast diced veggies until edges are golden/blackened and caramelized. Add to your pie crust, cover with cheese and then egg and cream mixture. Bake for 25-30 minutes at 400 degrees until toothpick comes clean. I don't blind bake my crust, ever. Some people do. I'm a one stop shop kind of gal and it always tastes so yum! ??
