Roasted veggie, cheddar and Swiss cheese quiche! Dinner for me and my honey man!

Eggs, cream (lots of cream!), broccoli, bell pepper, mushroom, onion, garlic, sharp cheddar cheese, Swiss cheese, s&p. Roast diced veggies until edges are golden/blackened and caramelized. Add to your pie crust, cover with cheese and then egg and cream mixture. Bake for 25-30 minutes at 400 degrees until toothpick comes clean. I don't blind bake my crust, ever. Some people do. I'm a one stop shop kind of gal and it always tastes so yum! ??

How come it doesn't say how much of each ingredient to use? I've noticed that it is the same thing on almost every recipe listed.

Hi Abby! Thanks for your comment! What I love about quiche is that it is SO VERSATILE. I have made it so many ways. Potato leek, garden veggie, pancetta, bacon, sausage, (I once did one green eggs and ham style by coloring the egg mixture with cilantro! Soooo good!). You can just about do any combination with quiche with any ethnic flair too! Asian, Italian, Latin, Indian flair- so many varieties! I want to make a cookbook specifically for quiche!

I've done this before, really good! I did add tomatoes on top and added fresh basil after it was done! I just followed a regular quiche recipe.

Tarcy, forgive me but I always eyeball it. There is no real recipe.
