4 Minute Summertime Shrimp
Preheat oven to 500 degrees
Cover 1 cookie sheet in parchment
Defrost peeled and deveined frozen wild shrimp a few minutes before cooking.
In a bowl mix 2 Tablespoons agave syrup with 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper, 1/2 teaspoon granulated garlic and the juice of 2 small limes.
Toss in shrimp and mix thoroughly.
Spread out shrimp on cookie sheet
Bake for 4 minutes. Cool.
Serve over bed of favorite greens. Add cherry tomatoes and drizzle balsamic vinaigrette.
