Summer tempura; cod, green beans, zucchini, onion, and mushrooms with sriracha and soy dipping sauce. The breading for tempura is simple to make. It's 1 1/2 cups cake flour, 2 egg whites whipped till firm, and 3/4 cup sparkling water. Whisk it but not to much or it will be tough. Although I didn't do it tonight I wish I had made the traditional broth and floated the tempura in it. #fish #Japanese #vegetables

Wow! This sounds fantastic! I love the idea of the dipping sauce and fried cod!
Unfortunately I've never heard of the Japanese broth that it supposedly can sit in? Could I have a link to that?
