Pickled carrots. Slice what ever carrots you have. 1 cup distilled vinegar, 1/2 cup sugar, 3/4 water 2 tsp. salt. Boil then simmer. Pour over carrots. Add red pepper flakes and dill. Refrigerate until cool.
