Pulled pork slow roasted overnight - add garlic, onions, smoked paprika, peppercorns, thyme, brown sugar, barbecue sauce, and apple cider vinegar. Don't forgot to throw on the coleslaw - red and white cabbage, red wine vinegar, mayo, brown sugar, kosher salt, and peppercorn. I sautéed purple onion to layer on the bottom bun. Deliciousness!!
