My absolute favorite kids meal done right. An 18hour sous vide brisket finished under Pecan wood smoke for 4 hours at 200 F. So tender and combined with Zeb's(a long gone local BBQ) sauce and homemade whole wheat buns, local sweet corn, and garden braised greens makes for a perfect Saturday night.
