Mussels with Thai Curry Coconut Milk Broth: Add coconut milk and Thai green curry paste to pan. Add salt, pepper, soy sauce to taste. Bring to a boil, then add cleaned mussels and cook for 4 minutes or until mussels open. Add freshly chopped basil before serving. #Seafood2xWk #seafood #mussels
