Too hot to braise, so let's #grill short #ribs:
Marinate short ribs for a few hours (had some leftover Asian pears, so I grated a couple, added soy sauce and lemon juice for a Korean-ish flavor).
On a medium-high grill cook the ribs about 2 minutes on each of its 4 sides (for medium-rare). Make sure it is charred and nicely caramelized on each side.
Serve with rice/salad/grilled vegetables/kimchi etc.
