Dutch oven bread - super easy!
3 cups flour
2 tsp salt
1 tsp active dry yeast
1 1/4 cup warm water
Mix first 3 ingredients together with a whisk. Add warm water, and mix with a wooden spoon until it forms a rough dough. Cover with plastic wrap and let it rest for 8-12 hours.
After the first rise, heat the oven for 230 degrees celsius. Put the dutch oven in it, and let it heat for 30 min. Meanwhile, punch the dough to release its gas, transfer it to a surface (well floured! The dough is sticky, remember) and shape it into a dough. Sprinkle some flour on top of it, cover with plastic wrap and let it rest for more 30 min.
Remove the dutch oven from the oven (be careful!) and put the dough inside of it. Cover with the lid and put it in the oven, covered, for 30-40 minutes. Then, uncover it and bake for more 10 min, or until crust is golden.
