Simple steamed clams: sauté garlic and onions in olive oil, add some white wine and tomatoes, and bring to a boil. Add clams, cover, and simmer for 5-7 minutes or until clams open. Toss in a heaping handful of fresh herbs (I used parsley and cilantro) and serve with crusty bread and lemon/lime wedges.
