Blistered Shishitos with Tahini Laden Hummus
Prepare your favorite hummus recipe and be very heavy handed with the tahini and add extra fresh lemon juice to taste, or add tahini and lemon to store bought hummus. Heat a cast iron pan over med/high heat, add olive oil and course kosher salt. Add washed and dried shishito peppers and allow to sit for about 2 minutes until they begin to bubble and slightly char. Toss to allow other side to blister. Arrange in a platter around generous amounts of hummus and sprinkle with white and black sesame seeds and additional salt (only if needed). Or, plate individual portions. Eat! #vegan #notrecipe #crowdpleaser
