I'll say it -- Whole Foods 365 is changing the game for LA. Cavatelli with Lamb Bolognese, Parmesan, and torn basil. The sauce is so simple: brown ground lamb, set aside and sautée your mire poix in the fat (here, onions, carrots, garlic, thyme). Add white wine, then the lamb, a can of tomatoes, and chicken stock. Cook as long as possible to reduce liquid. Salt and pepper every step of the way.
