Another use for #ottolenghi's sorrel-mint yogurt. Mix quinoa, grilled broccoli, fried eggplant, tomato, radish, cucumber, tuna, EVOO and lemon. Top with a mixture of yogurt, sorrel and mint, sprinkle with nigella seeds, chopped toasted hazelnuts, and drizzle with more EVOO.
