Slice up 7 cloves of garlic and toss into a pan with a splash of olive oil. Before the garlic browns, add can of San Marzano peeled tomatoes (crushed with your hands), fresh basil leaves, salt, and red pepper flakes. Simmer until thick, then remove basil leaves and serve over whole wheat spaghetti with Locatelli cheese. Perfect dinner!
