Chop some green beans and tender stem broccoli into bite size pieces. Zest a lemon and sauté gently in olive oil. Then up the heat and throw in the greens with two chopped red chillies. Stir fry until just cooked. Throw in a can of drained butter beans and the juice of a lemon. Put it into a bowl. Drizzle with olive oil. Scatter with almonds and shaved Parmesan. Eat.
