A million years ago, it seems anyway, Bon Appetit had a recipe for a similar tart/pie. Of course I cannot find it. It's even too old for their archives! Have been improvising ever since. Good job on this!
Last June a friend gave me a cookbook as a gift for my b-day with this recipe, as I am Brazilian the recipe is in Portuguese but a believe the Author is British. I'll look in the internet to get the recipe in English.
