Preheat oven to 160C. Take a blender (or any other device) and mix one clove of garlic, 4 dried tomatoes in oil, handful of basil, a 2cm piece of Parmesan. Salt and pepper to taste. Spread over chicken breast in an oven proof dish. Place in oven. Cut half potatoes, half sweet potatoes and cook 15 minutes later. Cut, wash and drain leek and cook on low heat. Use some butter or aromatised oil (I've used garlicky olive oil). When potatoes are tender, mash with nutmeg and a splash of cream. Salt and pepper to taste. Salt the leek and add some cream, too.
