It's hot out there, but we'd boil a pot of water for this super-simple pasta dinner from Rachael Strecher. Marinating the tomatoes with salt and garlic will make them flavorful by the time you add the pasta. And they'll soften into something saucy.
The most perfect, simple #summer #dinner. "While you put the water on to boil, combine chopped tomatoes (best to use very good ones--there aren't too many ingredients in this one), some salt, a clove of garlic, pressed, and some fresh mozzarella. These will marinate and combine while the pasta cooks. Once the noodles are done, dump them into your bowl and add a bunch of basil. That's it! We added some spinach this time since we didn't feel like making a salad. It doesn't feel like summer until we make this for dinner."
