Clean Out The Pantry, Ep. 19: Bacon & egg paella
Fry 4 slices of bacon in paella pan. Remove bacon to paper towel, and add 4 eggs to the bacon grease in the paella pan. Cook until the whites are set, then add 1 cup rice & one paella seasoning packet. Add 2 cups of water, and cook until liquid is gone. Crumble up cooked bacon, and add it back to the paella at the end of cooking.
