Small corn tortillas
Sliced mini sweet (red) bell peppers
Fresh garlic gloves, peeled and sliced or diced
Grated cheese (your choice)
1 pork chop
I sweet mild Italian sausage
Grilling (ginger) marinade
Any BarBQ sauce
Slice the bell peppers, slice the garlic gloves and add them to a skillet on low heat with stable spoon of (olive) oil. Sprinkle lightly with sea salt. Simmer about 10 minutes to mix the garlic into the oil. Turn the heat to medium/high and add the pork chop. Sausage and steak. Cook until just brown. Season with spices, Worcester and marinade and BarBQ sauce. Turn down the heat just slightly, and simmer.
Heat three corn tortillas in a clean pan, no oil needed. Heat on one side 2-3 minutes, turn them over and heat again. Don't burn them.
Transfer the tortillas to a dinner plate. Place one teaspoon of sour cream in the middle of rah. Place the meat sauce onto each tortilla. Don't over fill. Sprinkle some cheese on top of each. Tear the spinach into small pieces, and add to top of each. Viola!
