Kale and shittake mushroom fried rice.
Chop up some garlic, shittake and kale. Pour a little oil (I used sesame and peanut), dump the garlic with some red pepper flakes in for a minute, then add the kale, cover with a lid for five minutes, and then uncover. Add rice and shittake mushrooms. Stir slightly. Leave the pan alone for another five minutes. Maybe drizzle some soy sauce to finish. Enjoy!
