Asparagus & Crab Omelette: sauté asparagus & minced garlic in olive oil until tender over medium high heat. Add canned crab meat and incorporate with asparagus. Add beaten eggs seasoned with salt & pepper. When eggs start to set on the bottom, finish cooking in the oven on medium broil setting until top of omelette is cooked. Be sure to use oven proof pan.
