Spicy edamame cooked in a mix of seasame oil and soy sauce with garlic and red pepper flakes. If you can find it, I highly recommend shichimi togarashi (spicy Japanese seasoning blend), in place of the red pepper flakes! Top with a bit of orange zest and black sesame seeds (not pictured).

I don't know why I'd never thought of making edamame any other way but the most basic steaming, but this recipe just made my life a better place.
