Sushi balls (Temari sushi). Easy to make with no special equipment required! Make seasoned sushi rice. Prep toppings (I used thin slices of sashimi grade fish, avocado, radish, carrot, lemon, cucumber, green onion and nori strips). Place a small amount of toppings onto a sheet of plastic wrap, and top with about 1 tablespoon of the seasoned rice. Twist and squeeze into a ball shape and continue until you've used up all your toppings and rice.
