Solo Progressive Brunch
Third course Raw Salad: chop garden greens - kale, chard and sorrel - into strips and massage with 1/4 avocado. Add fermented veggies and a bit of the yummy juice to greens and stir. Pile on top of thinly sliced cucumber and squash. Add sliced avocado, walnuts, smoked paprika and smoked sea salt. I sprinkled hemp seeds on top after photo, which was a nice addition.
