Almond crusted french toast with peach basil mint pesto

Soak stale brioche in cream, cinnamon and vanilla, coat with almonds and fry in butter over medium low heat (to keep almonds from burning). Blend stewed peaches (coconut oil, peaches and honey) with basil, mint and almonds. Don't forget bacon on the side :)
