Whisk chili sauce with soy sauce (or Tamari) and minced garlic, pour onto pan lined with foil. Place salmon fillets skin up on the pan. Toss brussel sprouts in olive oil, salt, and garlic, and cubed butternut squash or sweet potatoes in olive oil and cinnamon. Assemble the veg on another baking sheet. Roast everything for 15-20 minutes in the oven at 425. Serve over rice + greens and drown in tahini mixed with miso, lime juice, and sriracha. #miso #salmon #brusselsprouts
