Another way to eat green (unripe) peaches! Anyone who’s seen my Instagram feed, and the numerous posts here for the Genius superstar Crook’s Corner Green Peach Salad knows that I cannot get enough of it.

To serve with grilled chicken that I’d marinated in garlic and Indian spices, I combined green peach salad - chopping instead of slicing the stone fruit — with my basic cilantro, mint and coconut chutney.

Friends, this one’s a keeper.
