Clean Out The Pantry, Ep. 20: In the category of "throw it in the crock pot and see what happens," I put a pound of bison stew meat, a can of plain pinto beans, 1 tbsp. butter, salt, and black pepper in a small crock pot. I filled it with 2/3 of a bottle of leftover Tempranillo wine, and cooked on low for 7 hours. I then whisked in approx. 2 tbsp. flour, and cooked for another 2 hours.
