Sautée hamburger, onion, garlic, ramps, red pepper flakes, salt and pepper in large skillet. Add a splash of olive oil if too dry. Once it is cooked through set aside.
Add to the same pan chopped green beans and sautée until browned in spots. Add chopped tomatoes, fresh oregano (or dried or whatever other spice sounds good), red pepper flakes, and salt and pepper and cook until tomato liquid is reduced. Set aside with hamburger.
Add a splash of olive oil to pan and sautée zucchini noodles just until tender. Salt and pepper to taste. Add vegetables and hamburger back to pan along with cubed fresh mozzarella and chiffonade basil. Adjust seasoning if needed and once plated add additional fresh basil and grated Asiago or Parmesan cheese.
