Roasted Beets and Beet Greens?
Jennifer Perillo has a great #notarecipe ⬇️ for roasting beet greens with soy sauce, maple syrup and sesame oil (my addition). Works great even if the greens have started to wilt slightly.
Roast beets wrapped in parchment then foil at 400 for about an hour depending on size. Once beets are tender, turn off oven and roast prepared greens in residual heat. Combine with beets and Enjoy!
