Savoury tomato and caramelised onion galette. 1 x favourite galette pastry, rolled out thin enough to see the counter beneath. Place onto baking sheet and cover with tomatoes of your choice, leave a 3cm edge all around. Caramelise two white onions in butter and oil, slowly over a low heat. Scatter these on top the tomatoes along with some feta. Fold the edge over the vegetables and brush with beaten egg. Bake at 200C until golden brown.
