Turkey Kabob Salad
For Kabobs - Couple cloves of garlic, half cup of Panko, half cup of pimento olives, fourth a cup of feta, minced shallot, fresh parsley, spoon of Italian seasoning, and red pepper. Blend, add ground turkey and a lightly beaten egg. Salt and pepper to taste
Roll into kabobs and place on oiled grill. Grill peppers and onions on wooden skewers.
Toss chickpeas in olive oil, garlic powder, salt and pepper and red pepper. Bake at 450 for about 30 mins.
Salad has romaine, cucumber, tomatoes with a lemon dressing
