Cover the ribs in my Coffee Rub & sit overnight...the next day, put the ribs on the grill & cook low & slow...spritz every now & then with my bourbon-balsamic spritzing concoction...slather the ribs with Bourbon-Black Pepper Glaze...cook an hour longer & serve with plenty of napkins!
