So good! I prepped the shrimp and added diced green bell pepper, onion, and capers to the bowl. Then I went outside to the herb garden and got oregano, basil, and a little thyme. Once it was time to cook I cooked the pappardelle and then put olive oil in the pan and got it hot. Added garlic and let that simmer for a minute and then added all the prepped ingredients. Once that was cooked I added cream and simmered for a moment. Added the al dente noodles and a bit more cream. Last are was a sprinkling of Parmesan.
