The pizza dough I make is very thin, even transparent in spots. It is a lot like strudel dough actually. It is based on a recipe from Roberta's in Brooklyn that the NYTimes published not that long ago(recipe in the link below). We have made a habit of making Friday night pizza night. Tonight's pie is a break from the usual—it is zucchini, walnuts, ricotta, Parmesan, mozzarella, and basil. I would add chili flakes or hot sauce next time but other then that it is damn near perfect. #pizza #garden #zucchini #cheese #basil #summer
