Grilled steak with a avocado chimmichurri sauce over grilled romaine, peppers and green onions.

Just grill everything. Romaine on the grill is amazing! Seriously you must try it.

The Avocado Chimmichurri sauce is adapted from a Heather Christo recipe.
Half a cup of olive oil, cup of flat leaf parsley, half a cup of mint, 3 cloves of garlic, juice and zest of two lemons, salt and pepper to taste - food processor that- toss in pistachios and half a avocado.
