Here's how heiwei makes hers: "Sauté some onion, add cumin, coriander and a dash of turmeric. Smash a block of drained tofu (I use a potato masher.) Add a can of drained pinto beans (it's a cheat, but so easy) and sauté til everything's heated thru.. Salt, pepper and cilantro to taste." #breakfast #tofu #vegan
