Brunch: savory braised greens and tofu scramble.

The greens are leek greens and lacinato kale braised in a miso and nutritional yeast broth and finished with an overripe tomato.

The scramble is various excellent leftovers: leek greens, half a block of silken tofu, sautéed onions/peppers/garlic, yesterday's sautéed mushrooms finished with pickle brine, steamed Japanese eggplant, seasoned with curry powder and turmeric.
