Preserved lemons my neighbor taught me how to make. Salty, sweet and lemony. 2 organic lemons (because you eat the rind, too), 2 big tsp sugar, 1 big tsp kosher salt. Refrigerate. They can be eaten right of the jar or added to a dish. I'm trying it with crockpot chicken thighs first.
