Peach and cape gooseberry crumble - preheat oven to 425 F. mix cut peaches, cape gooseberries, cornstarch, vinegar, brown sugar, cinnamon, vanilla and salt. Transfer to a greased baking dish. For crumble topping, mix flour, brown sugar, white sugar, cinnamon, oats, sliced almonds and salt. Cut in cold butter and top peaches with half the topping. Transfer to the oven, reduce temp to 350 F and bake for 30 min. Top with other half of crumble topping, reduce temp to 325 F and bake for another 40 min. Let cool a bit before serving!
