Fried green tomatoes -- sprinkled salt and sugar on raw slices let sit 5 min then dipped in buttermilk ( add tbs white vinegar to any milk to sub) then flour in mix of corn meal and flour seasoned with old bay. Fry 4 min per side in mix of bacon fat and canola oil. Topped with mix of mayo and sour cream seasoned! Ahhh good eats!!
