Quick vegetarian/gluten free noodle less ramen
Everything can be found at Whole Foods
Miso soy ramen broth
Stir fry mixed vegetables (packaged broccoli, onions, peppers, squash, sugar snap peas)
Chili garlic paste (to taste)
Sauté the vegetables on high heat. Add them to the broth in a medium sauce pan. Cube the tofu and add to the soup. Turn the soup on low. Cook sunny side up egg in olive oil and squirt sriarcha on the egg while cooking. Ladle the soup mixture into a bowl and top with egg, kimchi, and chili garlic paste.
