Easy, delicious, frigid #gazpacho for these steamy DC nights. Blend together petite diced Campari tomatoes, tomato juice, finely chopped cucumber, white onion, and celery, minced garlic, sugar, red wine vinegar, and olive oil. Season with salt, pepper, and hot sauce if desired. Finish with a dusting of chili powder, a dollop of sour cream foam, and freshly picked cilantro. Pair with toasty ciabatta and olive oil for dipping. Spanish wine never hurts. For an added layer of chill, I like to freeze my gazpacho for an hour or so before eating ❄️
