Dinner for breakfast is when last nights dinner doesn't go as planned(read as it never made it onto the stove let alone to the table) it makes one kickass breakfast though. Miso marinated salmon is always delicious— 2 tbs of white miso, 2 tbs sake, 1 tsp grated ginger, 2 tsp sugar, and 2 tbs. grasped oil. Whisk it all to a smooth paste. Put the salmon into a ziplock, pour the miso in, squish it all around, put your left foot in, put your right arm out... Put it into the fridge for up to 12 hours. Turn the broiler on, place a rack somewhere close to the middle of the oven, scrape the marinade off the salmon, place it onto a greased tray, onto the middle rack, and broil for 6 to 8 minutes or until it looks lacquered. #seafood #dinnerforbreakfast #breakfast #dinner #asian #Japanese
