Take raw pre-made Italian sausage (or make your own), remove casings, mold into a giant patty and pan fry until lightly browned on both sides. Crumble into small pieces, soak in heavy cream, and set aside while you sauté finely chopped cremini mushrooms and garlic in the same pan. Add the cream sausage mix back into the pan, simmer, stir through cooked pasta and Pecorino Romano. Molto delizioso!
