Cast Iron Pan Fried Chicken

Dredge chicken in egg mixture and then in seasoned flour. Heat inch of vegetable oil cast iron pan. Test clump of wet flour and when turned brown, place chicken in skin side down. Let cook both sides 5 minutes. Can finish off in oven for 10 minutes based on cut used.
