Easy healthy hash! Sautée kale with lots of garlic and onions, add cooked farro, a can of black beans, cubed cooked sweet potatoes and crumbled tofu (seasoned with turmeric, cumin and paprika). Top with feta avocado and a dash of hot sauce or Thai chile sauce.
