Had some fresh pasta dough leftover from the other night, Melissa Clark's recipe. Rolled it out and cut it into pappardelle, added some high quality olive oil, peas, parmesan, mint and salt and pepper. Dropped my frozen peas in the hot pasta water to defrost them!
